BYOK AI and third-party API keys

When you use Bring-Your-Own-Key AI, your API keys are stored encrypted at rest and used only to make requests you initiate. OnAirFlow does not inspect, aggregate, or resell the content of AI prompts or responses.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time; we remove your data within 30 days of a verified request.
