Use case · structured streams
Rundown software for structured streams.
OnAirFlow is for streams with a planned format: multiple segments, notes or reads, timing, and a host/producer handoff. Freeform streams with no rundown do not need this.
What maps onto a structured stream
- One shared rundown for the crew and permitted external agents.
- Story order, per-story timers, and overtime alerts.
- Host view and a browser teleprompter with speed, mirror, and font controls.
- Flash messages to the board, producer view, and host view.
What OnAirFlow does not do
Pair OnAirFlow with OBS, vMix, or StreamYard as examples — those are not integrations. OnAirFlow does not switch scenes, encode or record video, distribute the stream, or moderate chat. Use OnAirFlow for the rundown, timing, host view, and teleprompter. Keep your existing tools for video, recording, and editing.
