We're a small team shipping the rundown tool we wished existed when we were running daily shows. We're not hiring broadly right now, but we're always open to conversations with people who obsess over live production, real-time systems, or editorial product design.

How we work

• Remote, async-first. We overlap on Slack a few hours a day but most work happens deep.
• Ship weekly. Every Friday something goes live.
• Small team, high ownership. Every person on the team writes code or copy that ships to customers within their first week.
• Customer access. Everyone talks to real daily-show producers every week.

What we're watching for

• Senior full-stack engineers with real-time or collaborative-editing experience.
• Product designers with editorial / publishing backgrounds.
• Broadcast operations folks (producers, EPs) who want to move into tooling work.
